Visualforce, AngularJS and APEX Project in Salesforce

  • I need help creating Visualforce page using AngularJS, jQuery to create inline VF page on Opportunity page.
  • It should list out Opportunity Products and Schedules grouped by ScheduleDate Month.
  • I already have a Proof of Concept using standard VF and APEX Controller for this but this needs to be changed to AngularJS code.

Nady Blog: Our feedback after using : Angular 2, Typescript, .Net Core Web Api V 1.0.1, Entity framework Core 1.1.0 (Code First)

  • The situation before the project few months ago,

    – No one in the team have any experience in that technologies.

  • short negotiation with our manager we got the approval to do the next project using the new awesome tech.
  • After we got some self-confidence we encouraged to take the decision and speak to the manager Afternegotiation with our manager we got the approval to do the next project using the new awesome tech.
  • We encountered many challenges during the project specially the kickoff initial stages like:

    – How to implement JWT using mixed mode Active directory & Forms authentication.

  • – Because Our UI/UX team decided to use payed template that uses Many jQuery Plugins So:

    How we will use jQuery plugins inside Angular 2 App and fixing the problems, I think I will write separated post regarding this because we encountered many problems for each plugin

    “don’t worry after we get know how we deal with jQuery inside Ng2 app it’s fun now”.

  • In this blog post we are going to add the jQuery, AngularJS, and bootstrap libraries to our ASP.NET Core application.
  • Normally we will use NuGet to bring in these libraries but ASP.NET Core gives you the option to use bower to configure the dependencies that you will need on the client-side.
  • Open the bower.json file the markup should look like this

    “name”: “asp.net”,
    “private”: true,
    “dependencies”: {
    }
    }

  • Save the bower.json file, once the file is saved a folder called “lib” will be created and will contain the bootstrap and AngularJS libraries
